AI Usage Guideline

Version 1.0 – Last updated: September 25, 2026

Purpose

Insightview provides analysis of global macroeconomics and geopolitics for professional investors and financial decision-makers. As part of our work, we use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support drafting and translation. This guideline explains how we use AI and the safeguards we apply.

1. The role of AI

AI is a support tool that makes our work more efficient, mainly in drafting, editing and translating texts. We always treat AI output as input to our work, never as a finished product. Insightview provides the analysis, assessments, and conclusions.

2. Human oversight and editorial responsibility

All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited and verified by Insightview before it is published or delivered. Insightview holds full editorial responsibility for the accuracy, reliability and quality of everything we publish.

This human review and editorial control is the basis on which our AI-assisted publications meet the transparency requirements of the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, Article 50(4)).

3. Transparency

We are open about our use of AI. This guideline is publicly available, and clients and readers are welcome to ask how we use AI in our work.

4. Data handling

We do not enter personal data about our subscribers, confidential client information or other sensitive information into AI tools. We use AI tools only with our own non-confidential text and draft material.

5. Tools and compliance

We use established AI services from providers such as Anthropic, Microsoft and OpenAI, and we follow their terms of use. Our use of AI is limited to content-support tasks and does not involve decisions about individuals.

Conclusion

At Insightview, AI is a tool that increases efficiency. It is not a substitute for expertise. All insights, assessments and final outputs remain the responsibility of Insightview.
